SUNBEAMsystem offers a limited warranty of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty can be extended to five (5) years for selected products, by registering the
product online and agreeing to the installation instructions. Failure to comply with the instructions
below voids the warranty completely:
This warranty is only valid when the customer can provide a proof of purchase and is limited to
product replacement only due to original faults and/or defects from incorrect manufacturing and
does not cover wear and tear caused by the end user.
SUNBEAMsystem is not responsible or liable for any costs related to installation, diagnostic
testing or work related to replacement of any solar panel under warranty. Replacements are
shipped as soon as possible after the warranty case is concluded. Shipment charges to any
location other than the place of the original purchase is covered by the customer.
If you suspect that a solar panel is faulty or not working as intended, never begin any removal
process without first contacting SUNBEAMsystem directly. The warranty claim must be confirmed
and trials conducted following instructions from SUNBEAMsystem before continuing and possibly
end with removal. Any attempt of removal will damage your solar panel(s) and void any eventual
warranty claim. Remember that including as much info as possible (including photographs and
notes) will quicken the process.
Do always perform a “delivery test” of your solar panels prior to installation to ensure that the solar
panel has been delivered without being damaged in transit.
Please note that depending on your physical location, a solar panel is unlikely to yield full power
through every month of the year. This means that you cannot diagnose a solar panel as under-
performing or faulty all year round and a possible warranty case might be put on hold until the
season allows for suitable testing conditions.
If you are unsure of how to install a solar panel or the below recommendations, make sure to
consult a professional installer.
