Onderwerp: Taking over berth when buying a boat

Hello,

I will bother you with another question... If one buys a boat, and assuming that the owner of the boat does not need the berth (for his newer boat etc.), do I have the right to take over from him the berth in a place where there is a long waiting list?

in general: no.

the box is offered to the first person on the waiting list.

Most of the time you can arrange for the period left that you can leave the boat in this berth, but after the ending of the period the berth goes to the first one on the waiting list.
