Hier zitten ook windsnelheden in die niet op de meetbrief staan (0, 2, 4, 18), geen idee wat ze daarmee doen. Als je bovenstaande combineert krijg je dit:

De bovenstaande grafieken waren op basis van de omschrijving van de wind averaging, maar dat komt niet overeen met dat data die je zelf kan berekenen uit de cijfers van meetbrieven
