I am also interested to know that the sail boat construction drawings should be? Length could be 8 to 10 meters.

Contact one of the many shipyards building new types.
Bepending on the budget, there are many different types of ships: zeeschouw, vissermanschouw, lemsteraak, hoogaars, vollenhovense bol, and so on. Consider for a home-project to purchase an empty hull?
where are you from? interesting to know...

Ok and thanks. Empty hull is one option but i prefer building plans. I do not know the names of the Dtuch trad. boat types but in this URL is a sample of the boat type what i ment and length should be about 8-9 meters (max 10m) and a cabin. But the hull lines are quite same as in link below:

I'm Finnish, and this type of boat is suitable for our shallow lakes which we have thousands. In addition, the boat is very spacious and habitable.

Because the boat to be use in the Baltic Sea also, it is good to know how seaworthy platbodem zeilen is a higher waves and raffier seaways. Therefore, the boat's intended use and historia is nice to know.

If you also would like to sail the Baltic I would suggest a 'botter' a.k.a. 'kwak'. Several drawings can be found here I suppose you have a suitable CAD program to scale down the plans to the required size?

"Platbodem" means "flatbottomed ship".

A "schokker" is the type of ship, and was used on the former "zuiderzee", an inner sea, nowadays known as "IJsselmeer". Schokkers are among the most seaworthy original dutch vessels, as the waters they originate from were very choppy. The original wooden ships were a bit bigger than what you're planning: most were 12-14 meter, but nowadays they are built for pleasure from around 8 meter in steel.
They were originally used as fishing ships, but also for customs and as marine training ships ("torpedistenschokker").

Other seaworthy dutch flatbottomed (and roundbottomed) types are "lemsteraak", "zeeschouw", "vollenhovense bol" and "hoogaars".

A "botter" as suggested has a very low stern, which was great for fishing, but made them more of a problem in heavy seas from behind.
Therefor I'd rate them lower in seaworthyness than the types I mentioned. When the fishermen started fishing with botters on the north sea, the stern grew higher to avoid this problem: "noordzeebotters" and the related "blazer". Both were quite a bit larger than you're planning on, and don't exist as steel vessels around 8-10 meters.

For further inspiration on different types of flat-bottomed schips check www.botentekoop.nl
In the left click on 'platbodems zeil' and you'll get lots of ideas. But there are not many building plans, most types originate from a time when building was done by feeling and experience rather than design. Templates were handed down from father to son. So good luck finding suitable plans, you might want to contact shipbuilder 'scheepwerf Kroes' who has the design for a 10m schokker.

Here's a lineplan of a 10m schokker (apparently famous and restored from 2007 should be finished this year):
